Unity for All

We are still working on the Principles of Design in all of my classes. For Unity, I wanted to introduce my students to something new. I had a lot of students let me know that they really enjoyed this project. We talked about Canadian Native Art. I introduced them to this super cool artist with an even cooler name, Copper Thunderbird. We talked about how his painting of flowers and nature were really fat and used layers of colors to create them. So, we did our best at trying to create something similar.
